Delete Your Account
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how to submit your request, what data will be permanently deleted, and what (if anything) is retained.
How to Request Account Deletion
Follow these steps to submit your deletion request:

This will open a pre-filled email in your email app addressed to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request — Fitness Challenge".
- Step 2
Confirm your registered email
Fill in the email address associated with your Fitness Challenge account in the body of the email so we can locate your account.
- Step 3
Send the email
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon confirmation of your request, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems:
- Account profile (name, email, display name, profile photo)
- Age, birthday, and age group
- All logged activity and workout records
- Points history and leaderboard entries
- Verification proof submissions (photos, videos, GPS data)
- Notification preferences and settings
- Team assignment and role history
Data That May Be Retained
A small subset of data may be kept for a limited period due to legal or operational requirements. This data cannot be used to identify you.
Used to maintain historical challenge leaderboards and season records. No personally identifiable information is retained.
